Jim Ellis Automotive Group Opens New Mercedes-Benz Service Center in McDonough
New stand-alone facility expands Mercedes-Benz service access for clients throughout Henry County and surrounding communities
McDonough, Ga., September 8, 2026 — Jim Ellis Automotive Group is pleased to announce the opening of its second stand-alone Mercedes-Benz Service Center, located at 2035 Avalon Parkway, McDonough, GA 30253. The new facility expands the service capabilities of Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta South, located in Union City, and provides owners in Henry County and surrounding communities with greater access to convenient, expert vehicle care.
The McDonough Service Center is dedicated exclusively to Mercedes-Benz service and maintenance, offering clients the expertise and care they expect from the brand and Jim Ellis Automotive Group.

The new Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta South McDonough Service Center features 20 state-of-the-art service bays and delivers the comprehensive, luxury-level service experience clients expect from an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership.
From routine maintenance to advanced diagnostics and complex repairs, trained automotive professionals are equipped to address the complete service needs of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, including: Clients can expect service performed by trained automotive professionals and the use of genuine Mercedes-Benz parts when applicable.
Designed With Client Convenience in Mind
The McDonough Service Center offers amenities designed to make vehicle maintenance easier and more convenient. Same-day courtesy loaner vehicles will be available based on staffing and availability. Additional transportation options include vehicle pick-up and delivery, rideshare services and airport parking with an appointment, giving clients greater flexibility while their vehicle is being serviced.

The McDonough Service Center joins the Mercedes-Benz Newnan Service Center, which opened in 2025 as an extension of Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta South and serves clients throughout Coweta, Fayette and surrounding counties.
